"After about 30 minutes of listening (and I agreed to move after the first 5 minutes) - with them telling me I could stay and at the same time they needed the room. I didn't book this, and if I were a guest who did and didn't get what was close to the top end room - I wouldn't be too happy, so I agreed to move." — source Hotels.com
"Staff was wonderful, room was large and extremely comfortable and quiet." — source Expedia
"Great rooms, terrific bathrooms, wonderful staff who help when you get sick and need stuff. And if you go back a few times, they start upgrading you to bigger and better rooms." — source Hotels.com
