The Quality Suites is a 100 percent smoke free hotel conveniently located near downtown Co Springs off Interstate 25. All rooms are spacious two full hotel room suites with separate sleeping and living area. All suites have sofa sleepers, refrigerators, microwaves, two televisions, two full baths, and free wireless high-speed Internet. The Quality Suites shares the location with the Clarion Hotel and Conf Ctr which also features 10,000 sq ft of meeting and banquet facilities, and a restaurant and lounge all of which is available to all Quality Suites guests. 100.00 charge for guests smoking in guest rooms. No pets allowed, 100.00 charge if pet is in room. Must be 1 adult 21 years or older in room. Fitness center and laundry facilities are currently under renovations.
